What started as a search for a bigger family home led to the discovery of a closed restaurant – and the opportunity to create something special. From day one, The Italian Orchard has been shaped by togetherness, tradition, and a love of sharing good food around the table.

Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but availability can be limited during busy times. We always recommend booking in advance to guarantee a table, especially for evenings and weekends.
During peak times, we may allocate a set dining time (usually 1.5–2 hours) so we can welcome all our guests. If you’d like to stay longer, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
For standard reservations, no deposit is usually required. For larger groups, special events, or peak dates, we may ask for a small deposit or card details to secure the booking. This will be clearly shown when you reserve.
You can cancel or amend your booking up to a certain time before your reservation (typically 24 hours) by calling the team on 01772 861240. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit for larger bookings.
We’re happy to host larger groups and private events, subject to availability. For parties above a certain size, we may offer a set menu and require a deposit. Please contact us directly for group booking enquiries.
